This formal Georgian home had established gardens, a tennis court and outbuildings, but the pathways and hardscape areas around the property needed upgrading. The driveway was replaced with bluestone aprons to the garage and cobblestone edging. Drainage of the driveway was improved with area drains hidden in the planting beds. Asphalt paths were replaced with bluestone pavers and steps added to lessen steeper areas on the pathways. Plantings were upgraded on the property, including adding mixed palette of evergreen trees to provide privacy for the property from the street.
