With the transition from a college to a university in 2020, we were engaged to design a new entrance experience for the campus to highlight this step in the story of the institution. An arched masonry wall with strong signage uses design elements from the campus architecture and bring that character to their front door. Along with the entrance wall, we upgraded lighting and plantings that reflect the pastoral landscape of the campus. More recently, we are working with the college to build a grotto near the campus church to offer the community a contemplative space for reflection and quietness.
